Personal Benefit Statements Were Mailed in May

The Administrative Office mailed Personal Benefit Statements to most participants in late May. Statements for some participants, however, were mailed in late July. This was to ensure adjustments were made to reflect accurate benefit calculations. Please contact your Administrative Office for specific Employers affected by this delay. Benefit statements were mailed to the homes of participants who worked 250 or more covered hours in the previous year and have a current address on file. If you did not receive one, contact your Administrative Office and verify your mailing address. Click here to see a sample statement. After the mailing, updated benefit statements were made available online. Click here to log in or register.
